A few more pics to finish out the month

Yesterday Olivia wanted to try on the goggles and she was running around playing long before we ever decided to get dressed. Later, we met up with Grandma, Grandpa, Tricia (pictured) and Ashley at our favorite pizza place. Olivia had a fabulous time playing with Tricia.

A few Olivia-isms as of late:

It's deewishus! (delicious) - Used to describe everything from breakfast cereal to ice cream.
It's not funny - said when she is doing something cute and I look at her and smile or laugh.
Hold you - we have heard this one for quite a while, whenever she wants to be picked up.
Donn wuk at me - said when she is squatting in the corner doing her "business"

Mother's Day

Olivia woke up early as usual this morning. I didn't go to her right away - also as usual. When I finally got out of bed around 6:50 am, she was sitting at the gate with a pile of her blankets in front of her. I set the gate aside and sat down with her. She lifts and pushes the pile my way and says "pessant fo you Mommy" (present for you Mommy). As I respond and reached for the pile, she says "open it". Wrapped up in the blanket, I find her stuffed elephant - my present (and her beloved frog, which she quickly claimed as her own). Super sweet moment to start my Mother's Day!
