Finally Fireworks!!!

After the 24 hour rain delay they went off with just a few little hitches - not too bad considering the fact that the shooters lost electronics and cakes to the huge amount of rain we had on the 4th.

And, Olivia enjoyed them too. I was not sure how she was going to handle them since she had moments on and off all day of not feeling great, but I gave her a bath, put her in her warm pj's, and added the evening doses of medications and it turned out great. Even getting out of the parking lot after we went up to congratulate the shooter was a BREEZE!

The fireworks were really, really amazing. Each year, we make a few changes and this year seemed absolutely perfect. I couldn't imagine how they could be better.
